The Challenge

Andidrain was formed in 1990 to provide a quality drain clearance service to customers in Cumbria and surrounding areas. Since then, the company has grown organically, increasing significantly, the range of services offered for example tank cleaning, pipe cleaning, pipe lining, pipe surveying and mobile screening and dewatering and undertaking projects throughout the UK. Andidrain came to us because they had limited marketing experience and wanted to target a particular sector.

The Solution

We sent direct mail to a list of customers supplied by Andidrain and a folder containing leaflets about the services they supplied. Both were directly targeted at potential clients and included case studies of previous work they have carried out and testimonials from past clients. All the marketing we did produced excellent results and an exceptional return on investment. Subsequent to the direct mail and the leaflets we have continued to work closely together on various marketing projects.
