The Challenge
White Cross Vets is a family run veterinary practice, that having been caring for pets since 1937. First established in West Yorkshire, they now have veterinary practices across the North of England. White Cross Vets approached us because they were struggling to organise everything alongside managing their busy practices. They were finding it hard to manage quantities, monitor orders and keep track with where everything was.
The Solution
We set up an ‘ecommerce’ website where individual practices are now able to place orders for the marketing collateral and stationery supplies they need, therefore we now manage all the stock with the ability to provide reports on stock usage. It is also more cost effective when managing print, as we control and manage all marketing collateral as well as the store. The White Cross Store is due further development and will be supplying and controlling more stock such as uniforms and badges for the staff.
