Think Renewables are a growing business with a strong offering in the rapidly expanding market for driving energy efficiency. Currently they offer two core focused on driving sales within the commercial marketplace.
After a successful start to the business they realised that, in order to expand, they needed to establish some key strategic principles for their Sales and Marketing planning.
PMD were briefed to review the marketing to date and work to underpin the business objectives by looking at the sales process, targeting and the way new business leads were managed from enquiry through to conversion.
A thorough planning exercise took place where PMD ran a series of sessions with the Think team to debate and explore all aspects of the business and to identify ideas for development.
A full sales and marketing plan was delivered that enabled Think to view four clear sectors to target. Therefore there would be a need to communicate with a tailored creative campaign to drive engagement and relevance to each audience. There was also a clear requirement to establish and build a future proof database and CRM solution that would be a portal to manage all client and prospect contact and become a daily tool to support and co-ordinate all marketing activity.
Our conclusion was to deliver an intense 6 month marketing plan featuring multi-channel activity to engage and drive brand awareness. This will ultimately empower the sales team to focus on both products and sectors and generate clear sales leads.
