PSG is a leading franchised property search provider with over 15 years’ experience. The head office team are key to ensuring that each local office is both growing and retaining business in their area.

With a history for great service and an excellent reputation with solicitors there is a great base to build on throughout the country.

The key challenge is keeping the brand visible in the marketplace and ensuring the product mix is both up to date and continues to maintain its competitive edge.

The solution

PMD support and drive the marketing planning and strategy at both national and local levels.  With a clear understanding of the business dynamics and local network requirements, planning ensures we cater for all scenarios across the group.

With an agreed marketing plan that drives brand and sales leads through regular campaigns (both on and offline) we succeed in engaging both existing clients and new prospects too.

The challenge

PSG have an online bespoke ‘Marketing Hub’ that was developed to drive regular marketing campaigns to individual databases for all 50 offices.

The system holds data separately for each office so that any campaigns are personalised to each office to create an authentically local communication.

PSG asked us to generate campaigns to be distributed via the hub.

The solution

We developed a series of hard working HTML campaigns that were designed and created before being uploaded to the online system and sent to all databases.

The campaigns are individually designed to ensure they have key messages to engage solicitors; they are fully interactive too in order to link to key sections of the new PSG website.

It’s an exceptionally smooth process from receiving the original brief to loading and sending these campaigns for distribution.

The results

PSG are delighted with the process and creativity of the campaigns that ensure the clients and prospects that receive them engage and interact with them.  The Marketing Hub is now an integral part of their annual marketing activity.

The challenge

PSG has 50 offices throughout the country and there is a requirement for each Franchise to regularly market their business.

To support each office in doing this consistently the head office has invested in setting up and establishing an online store to distribute marketing materials.

The solution

The PSG Store is now run by PMD and contains all PSG branded literature with clear sections:

  • Stationery items such as letterheads, compliment slips and business cards
  • Marketing campaigns, leaflets for new business meetings, existing client leaflets, new product launches
  • Seasonal campaigns, Christmas material and thank you cards to promote customer retention

The orders are all made online by individual PSG offices and are directly placed with PMD who can fulfil the order. We supply personalised artwork to each office for approval and then print items in-house using our digital printer.  Turnaround times for PSG Store orders can be as quick as 24 hours.

The results

PSG and the network of offices are pleased with the PSG Store process for collating and managing each order and it has certainly helped to meet the challenge of providing affordable quality print that is on brand.

The challenge

PSG is an established leading b2b property search provider.  With a network of offices throughout the country, the reach of the brand provides extensive coverage. The national website was delivering a brand message and there was also the ability to contact local offices via a search facility.

PSG wanted to ensure their website presence was maximising sales opportunities and driving awareness of their nationwide offering.

The business was keen to raise their online profile online and engage the Franchise network to understand and identify the role that the website plays in today’s market.

The solution

PMD developed a website planning process that ensured we mapped the site spec and functionality well ahead of the build commencing.

We designed, built and produced a full CMS website for the national brand and also for each individual PSG office. So 55 sites were produced in total.

The key benefits for PSG were that it produced a website that was future proof, that increased coverage of the brand in all areas and became a recognised channel that engaged solicitors regularly.

The results

PSG are delighted with the new site that was developed and launched in October 2012 – they have the ability to change content and keep news and events up to date and it has now become a day to day part of the on-going marketing drive to positively promote the business.
